1. Go To The Run Command And Type gpedit.msc Then Enter.
2. Go To Computer Configuration.
3. Go to Administrative Template
4. Go to Network
5. Go To QoS Packet Sheduler.
6. Double click on limit reservable bandwidth.
7. Change Not Enabled to Enabled And you can see 20%,80%,30%,50% Its up to youre computer Just change it to 0% And apply  and you have done
